OUR PURPOSE

I didn’t always know how to make millions of dollars for medspas.  I started out doing consultations from radio leads for a failing medspa with awful Google reviews... and sold $175,000 in services the very first month.  Hell, I sold $10,000 the very first day. 

Then - I taught our providers how to sell - and they started bringing in $75,000 every month.  I revamped our customer loyalty program and Google reviews rose, patient retention soared, and we threw some really fun events.  I spent 2 years working at one of the largest national medspa chains doing just that.

And then I joined one of the largest medical marketing agencies in the country.  Even though their clients were getting tons and tons of leads, they weren't turning into patients.  And the clients were so unhappy.  I knew I could do better for them and asked to teach them everything I knew so well - getting new patients, setting consultations that showed and bought tons in services, and making everyone involved so deliriously happy they kept coming back.  And they said no - so I left because it doesn't matter how many leads a marketing company gets you if they don't turn into paying patients. 

So I decided to do it myself (after a few more pretty key experiences where I launched medspas for super talented providers who wanted to start their own and managed millions in revenue for one of the largest recruitment marketing companies in the world).  And now I spend my days helping medspas show up as the brilliant brands packed with talented providers they are to attract tons and tons or their dream patients - and keep them coming back for more and referring all of their friends.
